  Nikki Olsen bridges the knowledge from a range of certifications in order to better structurally integrate individuals. She is a Certified Rolfer and Movement Practitioner, graduating from the Rolf Institute in 2002. Related certifications include: New York State licensed Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapy, Sourcepoint, Pilates, Gyrotonic, Yoga and Kettlebell. Nikki is passionate about identifying restrictive movements and customizing solutions. When Nikki is not working she is enjoying life. Her favorite activities are being outside and traveling. 
 
  Jennifer Cooper Ashton is a New York State licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences. Her training spans both Western and Eastern modalities of body work including Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Myofacial Release, and energy work. She holds additional certifications in Reflexology as well as Prenatal and Postpartum massage. Drawing on this wide range of techniques and experiences, Jennifer enjoys tailoring each massage to address the specific needs and expectations of her clients to insure they receive a relaxing, whole-body experience. Jennifer is also certified in Massage for the Cancer Patient through Sloan Kettering, with a special emphasis in breast cancer. She currently volunteers as a massage therapist for the Palliative Care Institute at Mont Sinai Hospital. Additionally, Jennifer is a dancer and choreographer, with a BA in Dance from Hunter College. She also works in the commercial photography industry.
